9 Easy Ways To Tune Up Your Seductive Aura

By Christine Akiteng Imagine this, you walk into the room, and there he/she is: bearing serene, body at ease, motions are gentle, mellow and laid back. He/she raises his/her eyebrows seductively and gives you a wink from a distance. You walk up to him/her and say hi, and that voice with that alluring quality, says hi back. You cant take off your eyes from that mischievous twinkle in his/her eyes, and then he/she licks his/her lips and ah-lah-lah. Your heart is now thumping against your chest, your mind is racing at zee km/hr and as for your body, things are happening that you cant control This is the kind of energy that comes from men and women who are naturally intoxicating; the kind of energy that radiates a seductive aura of mystery, tranquility, adventure and excitement. The kind of energy very few of us have. Here are 9 easy ways to tune up your seductive aura and radiate that energy that seduces without you doing anything that doesn’t come naturally! 1. Look healthy and physically fit You dont have to be good looking by societys standards or even have rock-hard abs. Just having a healthy weight, skin, hair, teeth etc. is associated with someone with a healthy habits and a healthy inside as well. 2. Play up your uniqueness - People who are different are always intriguing: different outlook, talents, dress style, culture, religion, even speaking more than one language is appealing. 3. Be intellectually engrossing Many people are by nature curious and usually enjoy learning new things. Showing knowledge of a particular subject that the other person might be interested in is always appealing 3. Practice attentiveness - Carefully observe the other persons actions so as to gauge his or her likes and preferences, and act accordingly. True attentiveness requires disciplining of the mind as much disciplining the body. 4. Genuinely love the opposite sex- People who genuinely love the opposite sex enjoy them and are more naturally flirtatious. This makes spending time with them enjoyable. 5. Resist the urge for blatant displays of sexuality - Dignified restraint (verbal and physical) has a more seductive quality than the obvious all-out-there. A person who understands that there is a time and a place for everything is very appealing. 6. Be playful You can never go wrong with being really funny (not clownish), real witty and open minded. Balancing apparent planned cleverness with playfulness, and sometimes plain old silliness can be very seductive. Go as far as being physical (touch, nudge etc) in a respectable way. Touch is the most intimate and bonding of all senses. 7. Be real. You cannot fake an aura. It shows your true nature and intentions for everyone to see. And when your efforts are no more than an outcome simply of performance and habit, it leaves a bad feeling in the air. 8. Maximize the use of the moment no matter how fleeting - Nothing is to be hurried; nothing is to be forced. 9. But above all, a good heart underneath it all makes you infinitely more interesting than just the outer seductiveness you project. Now, go out there and seduce someone special! Dieting? Want and Desire are Dangerous

By Dr. Jamie Fettig This is a very important topic that needs to be addressed. People always talk about wanting this or wanting that. You have a thing in your brain called your Reticular Activating System or RAS for short The RAS’s job is to find everything in the “outside world” that exactly matches what you have programmed into your “inside world”. Your RAS is kind of like having “Google” in your head. Everything that is in your RAS, your brain will go out and try to find exactly that. So if you want something, your RAS will find exactly that, the wanting. You will not actually have the thing you want, you will have the wanting of that thing. Let me say that again. If you want something, the RAS will never get you that thing because then you will not have the wanting anymore, which is programmed into the RAS. So to give you exactly what is on the inside, you will always be wanting it, and not actually having it. Whether or not you followed the logic, here is what you need to know. If you want something you will never have that thing. You will only have the wanting. So instead of wanting something, you must change the want into a now statement like “I AM”. . . followed by what you formerly wanted. For example, lets say you want to lose weight. You will never lose weight because then you would not have the want. So you would change the want to lose weight to something like . . . I AM slim and healthy now. This is so important I am going to remind you again. If you want something you will only ever be left with exactly that, the wanting. You have to transform your wants into present time “reality” for the non-conscious mind to find and create now your ideal life. Create the world exactly as you want it now in your mind. The same thing goes for desire. Many people talk about desire being a key ingredient in success in any area of your life. I agree that desire is important, but desire itself will produce no results. Why desire is so effective is because people who have a burning desire usually also consciously put energy into manifesting that desire. People who have a burning desire see the fulfilled desire as if it is already happening now. That is key, consciously putting attention on manifesting the desire and seeing it now. The desire itself will produce only that the desire. Simple ways to help upgrade the software in your brain to produce the results you “want” with minimal effort. This idea and article are covered in my free e-course, on Dieting and Eating Healthy. Go to http://www.bazuji.com/ecourse to sign up for the free e-course. Do you want to be Sexy, Slim, Slender and Healthy for Life. Got Hot Stuff? Jump On Early But Closely Manage The Risk!

By Larry Galler Got hot stuff? Jump on early but manage the risk! It never fails, something new comes along. Its a widget, a new shape, a new color, or a slightly different take on an old theme. For some reason the new item sells. All of a sudden it sells faster and faster as momentum builds and more people hear the buzz, become aware of it, like it, buy it, show it to their friends and associates and then, for no apparent reason something else captures the imagination of the marketplace. This is not a new phenomenon. Fortunes were made and lost during Hollands Tulip Mania back in the 1630s and continues through today. Think about it. In the past few years fads like Crocs shoes, The Adkins Diet, blogging, stainless steel kitchen appliances, Tickle Me Elmo Dolls, Adjustable Rate Mortgages, innumerable TV shows and entertainers have captured outsized portions of their marketplace. Some become part of the permanent commercial landscape, others crash and burn in a season (some in just part of a season) never again to see the light of day. Those who are aware of the ebbing and flowing of fashion in their industry are able to take advantage of trends and fads that affect them by jumping on the merchandising merry-go-round early and then manage to get off as the fickle winds of fashion change. Those who are late to be aware of a trend often find themselves owning excess inventory that ends up on sidewalk sale bins (and sometimes even dumped in the trash) to get rid of. Managing the risk inherent in trends and fads is crucial. It takes skill, experience, and luck to be successful at it. Forecasting sales, planning the advertising, charting purchases on order, and managing inventory levels can be a daily task with fast-spiking items. The biggest problems occur when one believes (or is convinced) that the rate-of-sale of this prized widget or tulip or harvest-gold item will either continue to accelerate or be maintained. Those who are successful at managing this risk learn how to keep an eagle eye on every aspect of critical inventory management and wont often get caught holding large levels of last years fads. The History of Vitamins

By John Gibb It may seem that the significance of vitamins to nutrition health has been known for a significant amount of time. However, it wasn’t until the 15th century that scientists began to realize that nutrients found in various foods could improve health. The classic realization is the one of sailors who suffered from scurvy and improved their condition by eating citrus fruits. To discover the exact benefits a particular food would provide, scientists simulated conditions of nutrient deficiency using animals. These experiments were carried out by feeding the animals one specific type of food for an extended period of time. In all cases the animals’ health declined; some became seriously ill and some died. For those that became ill, the scientists fed them various nutrients until their health improved. In the early 1900s, British chemist and Nobel Prize winner Frederick Gowland Hopkins concluded from his research that the human body needed a certain amount of specific substances to live. Casimir Funk, a biochemist from Poland who worked closely with Hopkins, conducted an experiment with polished and unpolished rice. The results of his experiments coupled with what Hopkins discovered led him to coin the term “vitamin” to represent the crucial supplemental substances necessary for growth. It would only take thirty years after their discoveries for chemists to begin synthesizing (commercially producing) the vitamins that we know today. Since the early discoveries, there have been many developments in understanding the value of vitamins. The most recent development is that taking a multivitamin every day can decrease an individual’s risk for conditions such as osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. The vitamin industry is probably a multi-billion dollar industry. Just visit any nutrition center or grocery store that sells vitamins and you will see shelf after shelf of vitamins. There are vitamin preparations for just about ever type of health condition and nutritional need. The reports of the benefits of vitamins are outstanding, but indicate that there may be more to discover about vitamins and their benefits on human life. The product we personally use called Total Balance - http://www.health-product-we-use.com is the best supplement we have come across. Build your Trade Show - Virtually

By Jeanette S Cates, PhD Virtual trade shows are gaining momentum as a way to encourage participation in the event - both live and online. Here are a few ideas to help you expand your trade show - virtually. 1.Provide a map of the show floor that matches the live show. Link each booth on the map to the vendor’s virtual booth. 2.Have each online show visitor register. Give them an ID number to make it easy to request more information from the vendors online, rather than having to fill out forms at each virtual booth. 3.Let visitors search at least three ways: company name, booth number, or type of products. 4.Have the grand opening of your virtual trade show at least 2 weeks before the conference. 5.Encourage each vendor to offer a “show special” that is featured on their trade show page. 6.Offer coupons booth that online visitors can print and bring to the live show. As the organizer, you should plan to offer special coupons online as well. Consider a free drink coupon or a special souvenir of the conference, only available with the coupon. 7.Provide online stations in the exhibit area so that live visitors can visit the online trade show. Provide a printer to print coupons or number the coupons so that they can bring the number to the booth for the “special” discount. 8.Use a digital camera at the live show to take a picture of each booth. Add the photos to the vendors’ pages for after-the-show identification. 9.Leave the show online for at least three months after the live show so that attendees can follow up. Consider a year-round show with vendors who sign up for next year’s live show participating all year long for a reduced fee. 10.Offer a virtual booth only fee to vendors who cannot be at the live show. Price it accordingly. 11.Include a means for vendors to create their virtual booth at your site. A full booth might include a Front Page, a Back Wall, Right and Left Sides, plus a page for specials. As an alternative, a lesser fee could provide just a Front Page with a link to their site. 12.Open links to vendors’ company sites in a new window. That way you don’t lose the traffic. Once they close the other window your site is still in the background waiting to be seen again. An Online Degree Has Never Been Easier to Obtain

By Shama Sankaran Online education is steadily gaining acceptance in the academic world and more people than ever are completing courses online, working toward a degree. Online education at the higher level is no longer looked down on by the rest of the academic world and more colleges and universities are offering online programs every day. In fact, there are now so many resources available to someone interested in earning a college degree online that they can be hard to keep track of. There are, however, a number of web sites that have been designed to provide something of a resource center for those interested in pursuing online education. The site www.get-online-degree.com is one of these and serves as a fantastic resource. When searching for any online education program, of course, the prospective student will want to make sure that the school is properly accredited. Earning a degree from a school with a poor reputation or from a non-accredited university may not win you any points from prospective employers later in life. Web sites like www.get-online-degree.com help students by providing information about online degree opportunities and developments via posted articles, monthly E-zines, and other such methods designed to keep you informed. Many schools already offer online degrees in several fields and it seems that more are always on the way. Some degrees that will probably never be attainable online (it would be impossible to complete all the required work for a medical degree online, for example) offer the opportunity to have at least some of its courses completed online. Online degrees are going to become more common as time goes on. Online education will become easier to facilitate, is already less costly than running traditional classes, and will show a students drive and initiative better than any other modern method of education, correspondence courses included. The world of online collegiate education is brave and new, evolving at a steady pace, as any relatively new concept will. Sites like www.get-online-degree.com help keep you informed of the changes that could affect you and your ability to earn your degree online. Students today may be the first generation of those able to obtain their degrees online, but they will be looked back on as trailblazers. Thirty, fifty, even one hundred years from now when online education has evolved to the point where it is commonplace, perhaps required, those students will be afforded the chance to look back at the students of today and marvel at the differences in the educational system. Theyll do this in the same way that todays students look at education in the fifties and sixties and cant believe how far weve come. And, of course, those attending school in the fifties and sixties looked back at the changes from the twenties and thirties. And so on. If youd like to learn all you can about the options available in an online degree, visit the web site www.get-online-degree.com today and see all of the amazing information that is available. Should You Make Your Own Beauty Products?

By Janice Wee With the huge range of beauty products on the shelves, why do some people still make their own beauty products? I started making my own skin care products years ago. I got a book about natural skin care. You can actually make masks out of mashed fruit. They are really messy though, but back then, I was really broke. Could not afford to spend on good skin care so I made do with what I could get. I mashed watermelon and put in on my face. My face felt really clean, but there was a bit of a rash after that. I also read that papaya was used in spas for back exfoliating masks. In fact, the enzymes in papayas and pineapples are often used to exfoliate the skin. These can be rather harsh though, so I never tried that on my face. One thing led to another. I moved on to make my own creams. I went through a period of time where every body lotion I tried from the stores, from the cheap ones to the $20 ones, made my skin itch. That prompted me to make my own body cream. The cream recipes I found were mainly for cold cream. These were really heavy, oil based stuff. I wanted something lighter. A water based lotion. A cream is basically droplets of water suspended in oil, kept in that state by an emulsifier. For my creams, I used beeswax as an emulsifier. I experimented in the kitchen. After plenty of failed experiments. I finally came up with lotion in a texture I simply loved. A lotion is made of droplets of oil suspended in water, kept together by an emulsifier. I used lecithin for my lotion. Here are some of the lotions I made. By varying the water based part, using rosewater or tea instead of plain water, you can make all sorts of lotions. Likewise, you can play around with the oil part of the formula, with various infused oils, or a few drops of different essential oils, to change the lotion or cream. You can make tailor your beauty products to your personal tastes, and needs. I had lots of fun with that. My skin loved these home made creams when they were fresh. I even made a batch tailored specially for a cousin, using ingredients that she loves. Yet, I have since stopped making them. Why? Laziness is the main reason. Lack of time is another reason. So much care must go into making the lotions which don’t keep. For me, even if I keep the lotions refrigerated, 2 days after making the lotion, if I use it on my face, my skin breaks out. 3 days later, if I use it on my body, my skin itches. Preservatives are put in commercial skin care products to prevent these from spoiling. Without preservatives, bacteria, mould and all these nasty things multiply rapidly, spoiling the entire batch, causing nasty reactions on the skin. These home made beauty products don’t have preservatives. That meant that I had to make new batches of skincare almost everyday. Also, care must be taken to ensure all the equipment is sterile so the final product is safe to use. Carelessness could introduce lots of nasty germs into the beauty products you make. The water and oil component must be heated to the same temperature and drops of one are added to the other while mixing thoroughly or the batch might separate. It is so much more convenient to buy beauty products from brands that agree with my skin condition, than to make them from scratch. That is what I have been doing lately. Plus the reknown skincare lines are way better than what I can make. I mean, with their R & D budgets, they can afford to do plenty of research on creating the most effective beauty products for virtually any beauty need. At the end of the day, whether you make your beauty products or buy them off the shelf, it is a matter of your personal preference. Private Mortgage Insurance Your Rights and Responsibilities

By Ben Anton An often overlooked cost of buying a new home is private mortgage insurance, usually simply called PMI. The basic idea behind PMI is simple. When a home buyer buys a house with less than 20% of the homes value as a down payment, the mortgage lender assumes a larger risk. In most cases, the lender will require that the buyer thats you purchase private mortgage insurance that will pay off your mortgage if you default on it. Because PMI is an added expense for the consumer, the federal government has a number of regulations regarding PMI. There are specific rules that mortgage lenders must follow if you signed (or will sign) a mortgage after July 29, 1999. Thats when The Homeowners Protection Act of 1998 (HPA) went into effect. In addition, many states have their own laws regarding private mortgage insurance that are designed to protect homeowners and save them money. Like many other things about buying a new home, the rules surrounding private mortgage insurance can be confusing. Here are some answers to commonly asked questions about PMI to help make it a little clearer. Who has to pay PMI? Most lenders require private mortgage insurance from home buyers who put down less than 20% of the total value of their home or conversely, who borrow more than 80% of the total value of their home. This isnt a hard and fast rule, though. Many lenders are loosening their requirements for PMI to buyers with good credit, or who meet other requirements. How much does PMI cost? Usually, the premiums on private mortgage insurance are about .5 percent of your loan total. If you take out a mortgage for $100,000, the PMI premium for the first year will be around $500. On a $200,000 mortgage, youll pay about $1,000 for the first years premium. Usually, your premiums will be lower each year, since its based on the amount that you owe on your mortgage. When do I have to pay the PMI premiums? Most lenders require that you pay the first years premium at closing, so dont forget to add it in when youre figuring out your closing costs. For subsequent years, youll pay it along with your monthly mortgage payment. Do I have to pay for PMI until my mortgage is paid off? No. The length of time you have to maintain PMI varies from state to state and lender to lender, but you can generally cancel your PMI when you have between 20% and 25% equity in your home. The actual PMI percentage depends on the default mortgage rate in your state. There are usually other requirements as well, such as no late payments in the year before you request cancellation, and no other mortgages or liens against your property. How do I cancel my PMI? Under the provisions of the HPA, your lender must automatically terminate your PMI when youve paid down your mortgage to 78% of the original purchase price or the appraised value of your home when you bought it, whichever is less, as long as your mortgage payments are current when you reach 78%. If the mortgage was considered a high risk loan, it can be when you reach 77%. What does my mortgage lender have to tell me? When you close on your house, you must be informed of: - the date that you can request cancellation of PMI - when your PMI will be automatically terminated Once a year, you must be informed of: - your right to cancel or terminate your PMI - a contact address or phone number where you can find out when you can cancel your PMI When your PMI is canceled, you must be informed that: - Your PMI has been canceled, and you no longer have private mortgage insurance - You no longer have to pay premiums for your private mortgage insurance. What this all means is in terms of researching your home purchase, be wary of PMI consideration. Do your homework and determine what the best scenario is for you. Ben Anton lives in Portland, OR. Marketing Plan

By Matt Bacak Creating a marketing plan for your business is crucial. Without one, it would be difficult for a business to generate revenue and successfully make a profit. It’s essential you devise a plan that will clearly define the value of your products or services, with the end result benefiting your customers. Gathering What Counts There are four major areas that you must have information about before creating a marketing plan: business resume`, target market, product message, and ‘how-to’ get the message to prospective customers (advertising). Business Resume: Clarity is the objective of a business resume`. Within the text, list the strengths of your product or service. Think of it as molding your knowledge. After all, would you write a marketing plan about something you know nothing about? Target Market: Five simple questions will assist you in identifying your target market. Who are they? What is their age? What is the average income? What is their status? Do they have children? It’s important that you evaluate your target market to determine ‘what’ product or service would sell the best. Product Message: A product message is a ‘direct call to action.’ This message must create value in the minds of everyone, that hears it, and for every feature, you offer a direct benefit to the customer must be demonstrated. Advertising: Advertising is an appealing and compelling invitation to buy your product or service. It is an investment that should never be an expense. Finding the right advertisement takes trial and error, what marketers` refer to as test advertising. First time out of the box and you can’t expect immediate results. Every business needs an outline of how they plan to approach the market. Make certain that you address the following questions in the process. 1. What medium is the most popular among your target market? (TV or Radio) 2. What is the percentage of participants in watching or listening to these mediums? 3. Do they read the local paper or magazine? 4. Should you consider direct mail? Think of writing a marketing plan as breaking down the important elements and charting a path to success. These strategies will be of great assistance when faced with possibility of failure. Business owners need to step into the world of marketing with confidence and knowing where to begin writing your marketing plan is a start.
